Returns and exchanges
If your item is faulty, please let me know and we can work it out straight away.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your online order you may return it for a refund.* It must meet the following criteria
*Woven by Society receives your return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
*All items must be in a new and unworn condition with all packaging intact.
If you meet the above criteria, the return and exchange steps are listed below.
- Before you return your product, please make direct contact with me by completing the online contact form through the ‘Contact Us’ link on the website.
- Once I have acknowledged your return request, you may return your item(s) to:
15 Cochranes Road, Moorabbin, 3189. Victoria - Once item(s) are returned, the refunds will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the payment of postage on returned items.
